Epoxy resin casting dry-type transformers use epoxy resin as the main insulation material. The high and low voltage windings are wound with copper wire (foil), and epoxy resin is poured and cured in vacuum to form a high-strength fiberglass structure. The insulation levels are F and H. Epoxy resin dry-type transformers have the characteristics of good electrical performance, strong lightning impulse resistance, strong short-circuit resistance, small size and light weight, safety, fire prevention, no pollution, and can be directly operated in load centers.
A temperature display controller can be installed to display and control the operating temperature of the transformer winding, ensuring the normal service life of the transformer. The temperature sensor PT100 platinum resistor is inserted into the low-voltage winding to obtain temperature signals. After circuit processing, the temperature of each phase winding is cyclically displayed on the control board. It has temperature setting function, manual/automatic start stop fan, fault and over temperature signal alarm, and over temperature automatic trip function. At the same time, it is reserved with intelligent computer interface to achieve remote control and monitoring. Epoxy resin dry-type transformers are equipped with low-noise axial fans, which can reduce winding temperature, improve load capacity, and extend transformer life after startup.
Energy saving dry-type transformers that meet the new energy efficiency GB20052-2020 standard have lower no-load losses, better energy-saving effects, more economical operation, and lower noise levels.
